| Trifle cocktail. |
TRIFLE COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
4 big spoon custard flour
1 glass evaporated milk
1 big spoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 roll of Swiss roll cake
1 packet jelly crystal nona
1 bowl boil hot water
1 can cocktail fruits
Directions:
1. Cut Swiss roll cake into slices and arrange in container or big bowl.
2. Separate the cocktail fruit from its juice. Pour 1/2 of cocktail fruit juice into the bowl containing Swiss roll cake. Spread 1/2 of the cocktail fruit on top of Swiss roll cake as the second layer of your trifle.
3. Mix custard flour, sugar, vanilla essence and evaporated milk into a pan and stir until cooked under slow fire. Once cooked, pour the custard on top of the cocktail fruits immediately while still hot. Then, spread the remaining cocktail fruit on top of custard until finish.
4. Prepare the jelly in separate bowl. Pour the boiled hot water and stir thoroughly the jelly. Then, pour the jelly on top of custard as the 5th layer while still hot.
5. Lastly, place your trifle in refrigerator until the jelly is half freeze. It is ready to serve..
